Responsibilities

Welcome guests courteously and provide attentive service throughout their visit.

Explain menu items, ingredients, preparation styles, and current promotions.

Recommend dishes and beverages based on guests’ preferences.

Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

Confirm dietary requirements and allergies, communicating them clearly to the kitchen and supervisor.

Serve food and beverages promptly, following restaurant service standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen to monitor orders and communicate delays to guests.

Check guest satisfaction and refer complaints to the supervisor or manager promptly.

Prepare tables, complete service mise en place, and maintain a clean, organised dining area.

Assist with billing and payment collection accurately.

Follow hygiene standards and complete opening and closing duties.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
