JOB PURPOSE

To prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages as per standard recipes while maintaining

excellent guest service, hygiene, presentation and beverage quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare coffee, tea, mocktails, milkshakes, smoothies and other beverages as per

standardized recipes.

• Operate and maintain espresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, juicer and other beverage

equipment.

• Ensure correct portion, taste, temperature, presentation and consistency of all beverages.
• Maintain beverage mise en place and ensure availability of required ingredients.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO, proper storage and date-labeling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment and work area.
• Follow FSSAI, HACCP and company food-safety standards.
• Coordinate with the service team/POS for timely and accurate order preparation.
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests and handle feedback appropriately.
• Monitor beverage stock, minimize wastage and report shortages to the Supervisor/Store In-

Charge.

• Complete daily opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and sanitization.
• Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements and operational issues immediately.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant or hotel.
• Barista certification/training preferred.
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation and beverage equipment.
• Basic knowledge of beverage hygiene, storage and portion control.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
