Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and install Paytm products/services at retail stores and provide merchants with day-to-day service support.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retailers/merchants in the assigned territory on a daily basis.

Generate sales and complete installation/activation of Paytm products.

Explain product features, benefits, and usage to retailers.

Resolve basic merchant service-related issues and provide necessary support.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Complete assigned daily tasks and submit required reports/updates.

Maintain good relationships with retailers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and field reporting requirements.

• Eligibility

12th Pass or above preferred.

Freshers are welcome; prior field sales experience will be an advantage.

Must have a smartphone with basic knowledge of mobile applications.

Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid Driving Licence (DL).

Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.

Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated.
