Video Editor & Co-Founder - Business Partner

LOOKING FOR A CO-FOUNDER & EQUAL BUSINESS PARTNER.

Are you a VIDEO EDITOR who dreams of building something of your own? Let's build a creative business together.

I'm looking for a passionate, skilled, and entrepreneurial-minded Video Editor to join me as a Co-Founder & Equal Business Partner to build and grow a sustainable creative production and media company focused on Weddings, Events, Fashion Films, Music Videos, Advertisements, Short Films, and Branded Content.

The long-term vision is to build a reliable, creatively driven production house that works with brands, businesses, artists, couples, agencies, and independent creators.

Who I'm Looking For

A skilled video editor with a good sense of storytelling, pacing, music, and colour grading.

Someone creative, ambitious, reliable, and serious about building a business.

Someone who wants to contribute to the company's growth, not just edit videos.

A person willing to take ownership, make decisions, and grow together as a team.

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL

You must be based in Kolkata and willing to collaborate locally when required. Someone from South Kolkata would be convenient, but I'm open to connecting with the right person from anywhere within Kolkata.

WHAT DOES THE PARTNERSHIP OFFER?

This is an opportunity for an equal co-founder and business partner, not a salaried job. We'll work together to build the brand, develop our services, acquire clients, manage projects, and grow the business.

The goal is to create a sustainable creative company where both partners have an equal stake, shared responsibilities, and a common vision.

Interested? DM me with a short introduction, your portfolio or showreel, your editing experience, and why you'd like to build a startup together.
