Key Responsibilities

Support the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.

Coordinate with various departments to optimize operational workflows.

Develop and maintain operational reports to present to management.

Engage with US partners to resolve any operational issues.

Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance their operational skills.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for communication.

A degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in a managerial role within operations is desirable.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
