Housekeeping Manager for Hospital( Hospital Background Experience )

Core Responsibilities

• Infection Control \& Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene protocols, terminal cleaning, and high-touch surface disinfection aligned with NABH, JCI, or local health regulatory standards.
• Operations Oversight: Manage daily cleaning schedules across wards, ICUs, Operation Theaters (OTs), Outpatient Departments (OPDs), and public areas.
• Team \& Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule on-roll and contractual housekeeping staff, monitoring uniform, grooming, and safety compliance.
• Linen \& Laundry Control: Oversee hospital linen distribution, washing cycles, identification of wear-and-tear, and replacement logs.
• Vendor \& Waste Coordination: Manage outsourced contracts for housekeeping, pest control, and biomedical/hazardous waste segregation.
• Inventory \& Budget Control: Track cleaning chemicals, equipment maintenance, and department consumable budgets.
• Audit \& Quality Assurance: Conduct routine facility inspections, address patient or clinical complaints, and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
