Pre-Sales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Telecaller to generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will introduce the company's products/services, understand customer requirements, and schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain company products and services.

Generate and qualify sales leads.

Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.

Maintain customer data and call records in CRM/Excel.

Follow up with interested prospects.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

Graduate or HSC with relevant experience.

0–2 years of experience in telecalling or pre-sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).
