Recruiter – Solar & US Staffing

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to support both domestic Solar recruitment and US staffing sourcing. Approximately 6–8 hours/day will focus on end-to-end domestic recruitment, while the remaining time will focus primarily on candidate sourcing for US staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Solar / Renewable Energy roles in India.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other platforms.
• Source candidates for US staffing requirements.
• Build effective Boolean search strings and targeted candidate searches.
• Screen candidates and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups for domestic roles.
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools for sourcing, research, candidate screening and recruiter productivity.
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable working 1 PM–10 PM IST.

Preferred

• US Staffing / US IT Recruiting experience.
• Solar / Renewable Energy recruitment experience.
• Experience with additional sourcing tools or paid databases.
• Existing candidate network/database.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for recruitment.

Compensation \& Incentives

2–4 LPA, depending on experience and sourcing/recruiting capability. Additional performance incentives are available at multiple stages: Interview Shortlist → Final/In-Person Interview → Offer → Joining. Strong performers can increase their total earnings through incentives.
