Live Streaming & Influencer Marketing Executive

About the Role

VVV INFOTECH is looking for an enthusiastic and creative professional to manage live streaming initiatives, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, and live content promotions across multiple digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Lynk, and other relevant live-streaming applications.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding creators, coordinating live sessions, promoting live content, increasing audience participation, and building an active community of creators and viewers.

Key Responsibilities1. Live Streaming \& Platform Management

• Coordinate live-streaming activities across YouTube Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Lynk, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify suitable platforms and opportunities for live content based on campaign objectives.
• Plan live sessions, promotional events, creator appearances, interviews, and interactive shows.
• Coordinate schedules, promotional materials, and technical requirements for live sessions.
• Monitor live sessions and assist with audience engagement and issue resolution.

Influencer \& Creator Acquisition

• Identify and connect with influencers, live streamers, hosts, content creators, and digital personalities.
• Recruit and onboard creators to participate in live-streaming activities, particularly on Lynk.
• Build and maintain a database of creators across different categories and platforms.
• Explain collaboration opportunities, platform features, promotional benefits, and applicable earning models.
• Develop long-term relationships with creators and influencer agencies.

Live Content Promotions \& Audience Growth

• Promote upcoming live sessions through social media posts, reels, stories, and other digital channels.
• Develop strategies to increase live viewers, engagement, followers, and repeat participation.
• Coordinate cross-platform promotions to drive audiences to live sessions.
• Work with creators to develop engaging live content ideas and schedules.
• Support campaigns designed to increase Lynk app downloads, registrations, creator onboarding, and active users.

Creator Partnerships \& Business Development

• Reach out to creators through calls, emails, social media, and direct networking.
• Negotiate promotional collaborations and coordinate campaign deliverables.
• Explore partnerships with talent agencies, creator communities, brands, and digital marketing agencies.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the company's live-streaming ecosystem.
• Follow up with creators and maintain partnership records.

Performance Tracking \& Reporting

• Track live-stream views, watch time, audience engagement, creator activity, and campaign results.
• Monitor creator onboarding, live-session frequency, and audience growth.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Help identify successful creators, content formats, and promotional strategies.

Required Skills

• Good communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in live streaming, social media, influencer marketing, and digital content.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other creator platforms.
• Confidence in approaching creators and coordinating promotional activities.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing.
• Good organisational skills and willingness to work towards agreed targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any degree or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, live streaming, or business development is an advantage.

Work Location

Hyderabad, Telangana. Candidates must be willing to work from the office. Remote and work-from-home applications will not be considered.
