• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic issue resolution professionally.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
