Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our team and support our customer outreach and business development activities.

Experience

6 months / 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers everyday to introduce the company.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about the company's offerings.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales and business development team to convert leads into opportunities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English.
• Confident and comfortable speaker over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to handle objections and queries professionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
