About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven Telecaller who is confident on calls and good at turning leads into customers through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Follow up with leads through calls and other channels
• Understand customer needs and explain our products clearly
• Handle queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
• Qualify leads and drive conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes in CRM
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth lead closure
• Share regular updates on lead status and performance

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support or inside sales
• Strong spoken Hindi and English
• Good convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead tools
• Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
