About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Expert who can take ownership of FLP’s digital marketing and, most importantly, build a predictable lead-generation engine.
You will have the freedom to identify the right channels, strategies, campaigns, creatives, and funnels that can generate quality student/parent leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing \& lead-generation strategy for FLP.
- Identify the best channels for acquiring students and parents.
- Plan, launch and optimize paid and organic campaigns.
- Build and improve lead-generation funnels and landing-page journeys.
- Analyze campaign performance, CPL, lead quality and conversions.
- Experiment with different audiences, creatives, offers and campaigns.
- Work closely with the BDA/Sales team to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion.
- Track marketing data and provide clear weekly performance insights.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends, tools and acquisition strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, analytics and conversion optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on results and ROI.
- Ability to independently develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Strong experimentation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven EdTech/Education marketing experience is a major plus.

This is not just a campaign-execution role. You will be responsible for figuring out what works.
