Event Manager - Fresher

• Handle party hall enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and walk-ins.
• Meet customers, understand their requirements and explain packages, food, decoration and add-ons.
• Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct hall visits and follow up with prospective customers.
• Manage the event calendar and booking documentation.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, service team, decorators, DJs, photographers and other vendors.
• Take complete responsibility for event-day coordination from setup to completion.
• Ensure the hall, food, decoration and other arrangements are ready on time.
• Handle customer requests and resolve issues during events.
• Collect advance and balance payments and maintain proper records.
• Generate repeat business and referrals.
• During non-event hours, handle cafe billing/POS, cash, UPI, card payments and customer service.
• Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, revenue and payments.

• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer/POS and billing knowledge.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and during events when required.
• Previous experience in event management, hospitality, restaurant, sales or customer service is preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
