Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible CA Inter candidate to join our Accounts \& Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling accounting entries, assisting with GST and TDS compliance, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Handle purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations and other tax-related compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.
• Maintain vendor accounts and process invoices and payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with store teams and the Head Office for accounting-related matters.

Eligibility \& Qualifications

• CA Inter qualified or both groups cleared.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience

• experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in retail, jewellery or a multi-store business will be an advantage.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate's qualifications and experience.
