Luxury Fashion Consultant

Job Purpose

To deliver a personalized luxury bridal shopping experience, understand client requirements, recommend suitable bridal couture, and drive sales through strong client relationships and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist brides and families with bridal couture, trousseau and occasion-wear selections.
• Understand client preferences, wedding requirements, budgets and styling expectations.
• Provide personalized styling and outfit recommendations.
• Handle HNI/UHNI clients with a high level of professionalism and service.
• Drive sales, conversion, AOV and repeat/referral business.
• Manage client appointments, follow-ups and relationship building.
• Maintain strong knowledge of bridal collections, designers, fabrics, craftsmanship, fits and pricing.
• Coordinate with design, alteration, production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain client profiles and ensure a premium end-to-end customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in bridal fashion, luxury couture or premium fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of bridal wear and luxury fashion.
• Excellent communication, grooming and interpersonal skills.
• Confident handling HNI/UHNI clientele and high-value sales.
• Strong styling ability and fashion sensibility.
• Target-oriented with excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Smart, polished, persuasive and customer-focused.

Preferred

Experience with designer bridal labels, couture houses, luxury boutiques or high-end wedding fashion.

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
