Job Description – HR Recruiter Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references. Screen resumes, conduct initial HR calls, and schedule interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with selected candidates until joining. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly hiring targets. RequirementsGraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
