Telesales Executive

Role Overview We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to manage customer relationships through digital channels, understand financial needs, and promote suitable banking products while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Connect with customers through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking products. Promote and cross-sell banking products, including cards, assets, and third-party products. Achieve assigned sales and portfolio targets. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems. Process customer requests while adhering to banking policies and compliance standards. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate in any stream except B.Tech/BE. Experience: Freshers can apply; 0–1 year of experience preferred. Languages: Fluent English (mandatory) + any one regional language: Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products. Customer relationship management and sales skills. Persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
