Fabrication & Industrial Equipment Shifting Supervisor

Key responsibilities

Supervise loading, unloading, lifting, shifting and positioning of industrial machinery.

Coordinate Hydra/crane operators, riggers, welders, fitters and helpers.

Supervise MS structural fabrication, welding, cutting, fitting and installation.

Read basic fabrication drawings and take site measurements.

Plan manpower, tools, material movement and job schedules.

Ensure safe rigging practices, lifting-accessory inspection and PPE compliance.

Coordinate with customers and submit daily work-progress reports.

Travel to customer sites across Ahmedabad and other locations in Gujarat as required.

Requirements

5–10 years of relevant industrial experience.

ITI Fitter / Welder or Diploma Mechanical preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Demonstrated experience in both fabrication and machinery shifting/erection.

Gujarati and Hindi communication skills.

Ability to independently manage site workers and complete jobs safely.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
