Job Purpose

The Senior Executive – Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Management will be responsible for driving the end-to-end lead lifecycle, managing customer engagement from initial inquiry to post-sales documentation, and coordinating digital marketing campaigns. This role acts as a bridge between prospective homebuyers, internal sales/legal teams, and digital marketing agencies to optimize lead conversion, facilitate timely payment collections, and maintain accurate sales performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Lead Management

Manage end-to-end pre-sales operations, including handling customer inquiries, lead allocation, qualification, and structured follow-ups.

Maintain and update real estate CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Sell.do, B2B property portals) to ensure seamless tracking of lead progression through the sales funnel.

Actively engage with prospective buyers to understand property requirements, provide detailed project information, schedule site visits, and push leads toward conversion.

• Customer Relationship Management & Post-Sales Support

Serve as the key liaison for post-sales operations, ensuring a high-touch customer experience.

Coordinate customer payment schedules, send demand notes, and execute regular payment follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.

Assist in drafting and coordinating legal documentation, including Agreements for Sale, MOUs, and other property-related paperwork.

Address customer queries and resolve post-booking concerns promptly to maintain strong customer satisfaction and referral generation.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Coordination

Manage online property listings across major real estate portals and maintain accurate project information.

Plan and execute direct customer outreach campaigns via bulk Email, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging platforms.

Analyze Google Ads performance and lead volume, assisting with campaign budget coordination and lead attribution tracking.

Collaborate with external creative and digital marketing agencies to deliver project collateral, ad creatives, and marketing content.

Sales MIS & Reporting

Prepare, maintain, and analyze regular Sales MIS reports to evaluate lead conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and overall sales team performance.

Track and present lead pipeline metrics to senior leadership during review meetings.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Coordination.

Education

Any Graduate

Technical Skills

Proficient in real estate CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Sell.do, property portals).

Functional understanding of Google Ads analytics, budget coordination, and lead management.

Experience with bulk messaging software (Email, SMS, WhatsApp marketing tools).

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for MIS reporting and tracking.

Core Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bengali, English, and Hindi).

Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
