Job Role: Purchase Executive
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
experience: 2–4 Years

Educational Qualification

B.Com / BBA / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage procurement of raw materials and electrical/mechanical components.

Develop vendors, negotiate prices, and compare supplier quotations.

Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.

Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts teams.

Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages.

Maintain purchase records and documentation using Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Purchase Manager.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Fan Manufacturing, Electrical Equipment, Electric Motor Manufacturing, Home Appliances, Consumer Durables, or General Engineering Manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
