Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Executive to handle customer sales and showroom activities for tiles, marble and sanitaryware products.

The ideal candidate must have previous sales experience with a Tiles, Marble, Sanitaryware, Bathware or similar building-material company.

Key Responsibilities

Attend customers at the showroom and understand their requirements.

Explain and recommend suitable tiles, marble, sanitaryware and related products.

Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders.

Follow up with customers for pending orders and payments.

Maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, architects and interior designers.

Maintain product knowledge, including sizes, designs, brands, pricing and specifications.

Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order delivery.

Maintain showroom/product displays and ensure proper presentation.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory: Previous experience in Tiles & Marble / Sanitaryware / Bathware / Building Materials sales.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Comfortable working in a showroom/retail sales environment.

Basic knowledge of product pricing, sizes, brands and specifications.

Target-oriented and willing to follow up with customers.

Candidates with experience in a tiles/marble showroom or sanitaryware showroom will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
