About HIT Hair Sciences

HIT Hair Sciences is an upcoming hair restoration clinic in Jaipur, focused on providing a professional and transparent experience for people dealing with hair loss and considering hair transplant procedures.

We are looking for 5 CRM Executives / Patient Counsellors who will be responsible for handling enquiries, speaking with potential patients, regular follow-ups and converting genuine leads into consultation appointments.

Job Responsibilities

Handle incoming hair transplant and hair loss enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.

Call leads generated through Google, Instagram, Facebook and other marketing channels.

Understand the patient's basic concern regarding hair loss and explain the consultation process.

Build a good relationship and trust with potential patients.

Follow up with interested leads regularly through calls and WhatsApp.

Convert qualified leads into clinic consultation appointments.

Confirm appointments and coordinate with the clinic team.

Maintain proper lead details and follow-up status in the CRM.

Make sure no genuine lead is missed or left without follow-up.

Reconnect with old and pending leads at the appropriate time.

Coordinate with the clinic team regarding scheduled appointments.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

Work towards monthly targets for qualified appointments and conversions.

Important

This is a lead conversion and patient coordination role, not a medical/doctor role.

The candidate will not be expected to diagnose patients or provide medical advice. Medical questions should be handled/escalated to the appropriate clinic/medical team.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Good listening and convincing skills.

Ability to handle repeated follow-ups professionally.

Comfortable working with calling, WhatsApp and CRM software.

Target-oriented and comfortable with monthly targets.

Should be polite, patient and professional while speaking with potential patients.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Experience in telecalling, inside sales, healthcare sales, cosmetic/aesthetic industry or lead conversion will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years preferred

Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Cosmetic / aesthetic clinic

Dermatology clinic

Healthcare sales

Telecalling

Inside sales

Lead generation / lead conversion

Insurance / real estate / education counselling with strong follow-up experience
