Role Overview

Handle walk-in customers, recommend and sell branded eyewear products, maintain stock, and achieve sales targets in a premium optical retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Explain product features and close sales effectively
• Maintain stock and ensure proper product display
• Generate daily sales reports
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Achieve individual and store sales targets

Required Skills \& Experience

• Strong sales acumen and closing ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Retail experience in branded eyewear / optical products (mandatory)
• Preferably from luxury or high-end retail background
• Proficient in MS Office
• 1–4 years of relevant retail sales experience

Educational Qualification \& Other Requirements

• Graduate (Degree)
• Languages: English \& Tamil (Hindi preferred)
• Location: Chennai

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹37,000 per month
• Incentive: As per company norms
