Housekeeping GSA

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing bed linens.
• Amenity Restocking: Replenish towels, toiletries, and room supplies efficiently.
• Guest Relations: Welcome guests professionally, respond to special requests, and deliver items to rooms.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report broken furniture, fixtures, or safety hazards to the engineering or maintenance department.
• Safety \& Compliance: Follow all health, sanitation, and security protocols, and properly store cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications \& Skills

• Education: High school diploma (10th or 12th pass); a hospitality or housekeeping certificate is often preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50–55 pounds, as well as push loaded housekeeping carts.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and local languages to interact politely with guests and staff.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, reliability, a warm customer-focused personality, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
