Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, corridors, lobby areas, and other hotel facilities.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to hotel standards.
Ensure timely room cleaning, room preparation, and release of rooms for guest check-in.
Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding room status, guest requests, and special requirements.
Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
Train housekeeping associates on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safety practices.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, guest amenities, linen, towels, and other housekeeping supplies.
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
