Role \& Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales activities for commercial and retail real estate projects.

Drive revenue through direct sales, channel partners, investors and corporate clients.

Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Generate and convert leads through client meetings, site visits, references and channel networks.

Handle negotiations, commercial discussions and deal closures with HNI/UHNI and institutional clients.

Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners and key stakeholders.

Track sales funnel, site visits, closures, collections and overall team performance.

Ensure effective CRM usage and regular reporting of sales metrics.

Analyse market trends, competitor offerings and commercial/retail opportunities.

Take ownership of project-level sales strategy and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

6–10 years of experience in Commercial / Retail / Commercial Real Estate Sales .

Strong experience in handling and leading sales teams.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value transactions.

Strong network across channel partners, investors and corporate clients.

Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.

Experience in Hyderabad real estate market will be preferred.
