Specialist, Assistant Manager- Analytics \& Insights- Hyderabad

We are seeking a seasoned business professional with expertise in internal finance reporting, business operations, analytics, and process improvement. As Assistant Manager, you will support senior stakeholders through actionable insights and operational excellence. The role requires strong skills in MS Excel, project and risk management, problem-solving, and communication, with the ability to manage reports and processes and drive continuous improvement.

Work you'll do

As an Assistant Manager, Analytics \& Insights on the Clients, Strategy \& Growth (CS\&G) Office of the COO team, you will be responsible for…

• Own recurring financial, budget, and headcount reporting; ensure data accuracy and governance; analyze trends and outliers; and generate insights to support leadership decisions.
• Manage the Donations and Sponsorships governance process, including review of funding and approval documentation, coordination with business stakeholders, policy compliance, and support for leadership review processes.
• Manage business processes supporting financial investment planning and governance, including analysis, recommendations, and coordination of leadership review and approval activities.
• Develop materials for executive audiences and provide updates on progress, risks, dependencies, key decisions, and operational performance metrics.
• Improve, streamline, strengthen, and automate processes to meet business objectives.

The CS\&G Office of the COO supports operations and finance across the organization.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required

• Master’s degree in business or economics.
• 5+ years of experience across business operations, reporting and analytics, finance operations, and project management.
• Experience managing operational processes, recurring reporting cycles, and deliverables for business stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze datasets and create decision-support materials for senior business leaders.
• Experience performing quality checks on reports and resolving data or process issues.
• Experience coordinating deliverables with senior business leaders.
• Experience developing and presenting written and visual materials that summarize analysis and recommendations for senior business leaders.

Preferred

• Experience developing presentations for leadership audiences.
