Field Recruiter – Logistics Industry Job Description: Source and recruit candidates for delivery, warehouse, and logistics-related positions. Conduct field visits to identify and attract potential candidates. Explain job roles, salary, incentives, working hours, and other benefits to candidates. Coordinate candidate interviews, documentation, and onboarding. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Build a strong candidate network through local references, job fairs, and field-level sourcing. Achieve daily/weekly recruitment and onboarding targets. Coordinate with the operations/HR team to fulfill manpower requirements. Having experience in Blue Collar Hiring.
