e are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Ecommerce Order Processing Executive to manage and process online orders across various ecommerce platforms. The role involves ensuring accurate order handling, timely dispatch coordination, and maintaining a smooth order fulfillment process to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Process daily ecommerce orders from platforms such as website, marketplaces, and other sales channels Verify order details including customer information, payment status, and product availability Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for picking, packing, and dispatch Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing lists Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch within defined timelines Handle order modifications, cancellations, and returns as per company policy Update order tracking details and ensure proper documentation Coordinate with customer support team for order-related queries Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, and returns Identify and report discrepancies or operational issues
