Key Requirements: Minimum one year of experience as a Telecaller Sales from Training Institute is preferred. Freshers are also welcome. Educational qualification of at least twelfth pass or a graduate degree preferred. Job Role / Responsibility : The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information about courses and admission details. Assisting students and parents with queries providing course information and converting leads into enrollments. Ensuring a positive and professional approach in all interactions. Engaging with potential students and encouraging them to enroll in courses. Following up on leads and ensuring timely response to inquiries.
