Profile: Jr. Client Servicing

Experience

1 to 2 years in client servicing, event management, or experiential marketing Strong freshers with event internship experience can be considered Roles & Responsibilities

Attend incoming leads from all venues, take client briefings, and make the first contact call Schedule and assist in client meetings to understand requirements and present company capabilities Explain the company profile, portfolio, and service offerings to clients Research event concepts, themes, and trends based on client requirements Assist in preparing presentations and creative proposals for clients Coordinate with the quotation and design team for budget and proposal preparation Follow up with clients after quotation submission for closure and conversion Pass client requirements clearly to project heads and the creative team Track event execution and keep clients updated on progress Maintain good relationships with vendors, artists, and venue partners Follow company SOPs and protocols for client servicing Report regularly to the HOD and senior management Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (BBA, BMS, Mass Communication, or related field preferred)
