Receptionist/Administrator

Job Description

Spesh Knack Planet, a Child Development Centre, is looking for a responsible, caring, and well-organized Receptionist cum Helper to manage reception duties and assist with daily centre activities.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome parents, children, and visitors politely.

Handle phone calls, appointments, and basic record-keeping.

Maintain attendance records and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Help therapists with basic arrangements during therapy sessions, as required.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and an organized environment.

Ensure a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly atmosphere.

Support the centre's daily operations as needed.

Requirements

Minimum qualification

12th Pass preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Caring, punctual, and responsible.

Ability to work comfortably around children.

Freshers can apply; prior reception or helper experience is an advantage.
