Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.

Generate leads and convert interested prospects into customers.

Explain products and services clearly and professionally.

Follow up with potential customers to achieve sales targets.

Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Update lead information in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.

Required Skills

Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills.

Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.

Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

Positive attitude, self-confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.

Ability to communicate professionally with customers and business owners.

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
