Lead Dentist & Managing Partner (Profit-Sharing / Partnership Model)

We are seeking an experienced dentist to take over operations and growth at our fully operational, running dental clinic.

This position is ideal for an experienced doctor who wants the autonomy and financial upsides of practice ownership, without the hassle, delay, and capital investment required to set up a practice from scratch. You will run daily clinical operations, treat an established patient base, and drive practice growth, receiving a direct percentage of profits/collections under a profit-sharing partnership structure.

Key Responsibilities (Profit-Sharing Model)

Full Leadership: Provide complete, end-to-end patient care, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and advanced dental procedures—ensuring high standards of clinical excellence.

Practice & Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, manage clinic staff (assistants, hygienists, receptionists), handle scheduling, and maintain strict sterilization and regulatory compliance.

Patient Acquisition & Growth: Drive revenue growth by building long-term patient trust, optimizing treatment acceptance rates, and expanding service offerings.

Financial & Revenue Drive: Take full ownership of clinic performance to directly increase profitability under a percentage-based net profit or collections model.
