Relationship & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities-

• Build and maintain robust relationships with retail, wholesale, and corporate clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and project updates.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with sales teams to provide personalized client support.
• Monitor client feedbacks and implement improvement initiatives.
• Maintain CRM records and customer databases accurately.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
• Oversee daily operational activities across sales, inventory and dispatch departments.

Skills-

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong orientation skills with a warm and courteous approach.

Understanding of jewellery products, materials, and market trends (training can be provided).

Good organizational and follow-up abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
