About the Role

Spherule Foundation is looking for a proactive and target-oriented POSH Business Development Executive to expand its corporate network and generate business opportunities for POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training, awareness programmes, and workplace compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with companies, HR professionals, and corporate decision-makers to promote POSH services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach channels.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients and understand their POSH training and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
• Follow up with potential clients, convert leads into business opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with POSH trainers and consultants to meet client requirements.
• Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, proposals, and conversions.
• Work towards achieving assigned business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, lead generation, or client relationship management.
• Experience in selling HR services, training, consulting, or compliance services will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of POSH and workplace compliance is an added advantage.

A self-driven professional who can independently approach corporate clients, build a strong sales pipeline, convert leads into business, and contribute to the growth of our POSH services.
