Job Description -
- Should have experience in calling the clients and convince them to come for the site visit.
- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Ensuring final documents are organized.
- Making available property data base of the area.
- Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
- Catering clients as per their need from the available database.
Note - Candidates should have personal vehicle.
