- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and customers professionally.
- Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle emails and respond to general inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier services.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains neat and organized.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when required.
