ASAP Electronics \& Services is an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company based in Kolkata, specializing in PCB design, PCB assembly, electronics product development, testing, and manufacturing support for various industries.

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Production Engineer to join our team and support our electronics manufacturing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day electronics production and PCB assembly activities.
• Perform SMD and through-hole (THT) component assembly and soldering.
• Operate and assist with SMT pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and other production equipment.
• Inspect assembled PCBs for soldering defects, component placement errors, and visual quality.
• Perform PCB cleaning, testing, troubleshooting, and rework as required.
• Follow production schedules and maintain product quality standards.
• Maintain production records, material usage records, and daily output reports.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Follow ESD safety practices and maintain a clean, organized workplace.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of electronic components, PCB circuits, and soldering techniques.
• Understanding of SMD and THT component assembly.
• Knowledge of PCB testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspection will be an advantage.
• Ability to read basic circuit diagrams and identify electronic components.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work as part of a team.
• Good discipline, attention to detail, and a quality-oriented mindset.

Eligibility

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical or a related technical field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing will be preferred.

Salary \& Benefits

• Salary: ₹8,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.
• Salary growth based on performance and technical skills.
• Practical exposure to electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly processes.
