As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, understanding their requirements, building relationships, and driving sales conversions. Roles & Responsibility ( Freshers ) Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Counsel and guide potential customers through the decision-making process. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
