About the Company
Raisoni Jauharis is a growing lab-grown diamond jewellery manufacturing and retail brand, committed to quality, transparency, and excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Surat office.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Record and manage transactions using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
Assist with GST-related accounting, GST reconciliation, and return preparation.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and verify daily banking transactions.
Maintain cash books, petty cash records, and expense statements.
Track vendor payments, customer outstanding balances, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain financial records, accounting reports, and Excel spreadsheets.
Assist senior accountants with monthly closing and financial reporting.
Support inventory-related accounting and stock reconciliation.
Maintain accurate documentation of jewellery purchases, sales, and manufacturing-related transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payment, and accounting requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or a related field.
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data management.
Understanding of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.
Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and a responsible attitude.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred Skills
Previous accounting experience in the jewellery, diamond, manufacturing, or retail industry.
Knowledge of inventory accounting and purchase/sales reconciliation.
Familiarity with GST invoices, e-invoicing, and accounting compliance.
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
