We are looking for a result-driven Manager – Sales \& Marketing to lead sales initiatives, develop effective marketing strategies, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to expand business and improve market reach.

Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customer segments.

Monitor sales performance, lead conversion rates, and team productivity to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer engagement and overall business performance.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of EdTech experience as a Manager in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

Proven experience in team management and achieving business targets.

Ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

Pay

₹800,000.00 per year
