The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Admissions Counselor \& Front Office Executive to manage our reception, drive new admissions, and share our school’s story on social media. If you love interacting with parents, have a knack for digital storytelling, and stay organized in a lively environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions \& Parent Counseling

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, handling walk-in inquiries and phone leads.
• Conduct engaging school tours, confidently explaining the value of our IntelliX curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Maintain a database of inquiries, execute timely follow-ups, and meet monthly enrollment targets.

Front Office \& Administration

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all students, parents, and visitors in our reception area.
• Manage the EPABX system, route calls to the appropriate staff, and handle general daily correspondence.
• Maintain the aesthetic standards of the front office and ensure a smooth operational flow at the front desk.

Social Media \& Digital Storytelling

• Capture authentic, high-quality photos and videos of daily classroom activities and school events.
• Create and edit engaging short-form content (using CapCut/Instagram Reels) for our social media pages.
• Manage our content calendar (posting 3-4 times a week) and send targeted, professional WhatsApp broadcasts to the parent community.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Graduate (BBA, BA, Mass Communication, or related fields). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written skills in both English and Hindi. Ability to confidently pitch educational concepts to millennial parents.
• Digital Skills: Fluent in navigating Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business. Comfortable with basic mobile video editing (e.g., CapCut).
• Personality: Warm, patient, highly organized, and naturally hospitable.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
