Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and well-organized Housekeeping Field Executive to manage and supervise housekeeping operations across multiple client locations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards, managing attendance, conducting site inspections, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Regularly visit assigned client locations and ensure housekeeping activities are carried out as per company standards.
• Staff Management: Supervise housekeeping staff, allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure proper grooming and discipline.
• Attendance \& Deployment: Monitor daily staff attendance, manage shift schedules, and arrange replacements for absentee employees.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Client Coordination: Maintain professional relationships with clients, address complaints, and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on attendance, site visits, staff performance, complaints, and operational issues.
• Material Management: Monitor housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, and ensure their proper utilization.
• Training \& Compliance: Guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, equipment handling, and workplace hygiene.
• Problem Resolution: Identify operational challenges and take prompt corrective action in coordination with the operations team.
• Operational Support: Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, and deployment whenever required.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Minimum 12th pass; a graduate qualification is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping, facility management, or field operations is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong supervision, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and daily reporting.
• Ability to travel between multiple client sites.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management.

• Housekeeping service quality and cleanliness standards.
• Staff attendance and deployment efficiency.
• Timely resolution of client complaints.
• Frequency and effectiveness of site inspections.
• Proper utilization of housekeeping materials.
• Client satisfaction and retention.
• Timely submission of operational reports.

Working Conditions

• Field-based role requiring regular visits to assigned client sites.
• Working hours and weekly offs will be as per company policy and operational requirements.
• Travel between sites may be required.

The ideal candidate should be disciplined, dependable, and comfortable managing housekeeping teams across multiple locations. The candidate must be capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges, coordinating with clients, and ensuring consistent service quality.
