Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial transactions, accounting entries, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, and payment vouchers.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Support GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure timely processing of employee reimbursements and business expenses.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Prime or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
