Placement Coordinator

• Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
• Invite organizations to participate in campus recruitment drives.
• Plan and coordinate campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
• Schedule recruitment activities and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide career counseling and job search guidance.
• Help students identify suitable career opportunities.
• Arrange aptitude training, soft skills development, resume writing, and interview preparation sessions.
• Organize mock interviews and group discussions.
• Keep updated records of student profiles, academic performance, and placement status.
• Manage placement databases and documentation.
• Share student profiles with recruiters.
• Coordinate interview schedules and collect employer feedback.
• Ensure recruitment policies and placement guidelines are followed.
• Track placement statistics and prepare reports.
• Identify skill gaps among students.
• Collaborate with faculty to improve students' industry readiness.
• Coordinate internship opportunities with companies.
• Monitor student progress during internships.
• Maintain strong employer relationships to increase placement opportunities.
• Represent the institution at industry events and networking programs.
