Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by traveling within an assigned territory to meet prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation \& Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through territory canvassing, cold calling, networking, and following up on marketing leads.

On-Field Meetings \& Presentations: Schedule and conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.

Negotiation \& Closing: Understand customer requirements, prepare tailored pricing quotes/proposals, address objections, and close sales agreements.

Territory Management

Efficiently plan routes and travel schedules to maximize daily field visits and time spent with prospects.

Account Management \& Retention: Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing accounts to secure renewals, upsells, and referrals.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
