Identify potential customers, including small business owners, traders, and self-employed individuals. Explain business loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers. Conduct customer meetings and follow up on prospective leads. Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing. Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing. Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills. Sales-oriented attitude and customer-handling ability. Knowledge of business loans and financial products will be an advantage. Ability to generate leads and close sales.
