Back Office Executive Company: Dear Money Financial Services Location: Waghodia Road, Vadodara, Gujarat Salary: ₹12,000–₹20,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Experience: Fresher to 2 years Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate About the CompanyDear Money Financial Services provides services related to physical share dematerialization, duplicate share certificates, transmission of shares, IEPF claims and shareholder documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily back-office operations and administrative tasks. Draft professional emails and follow up with companies, RTAs and clients. Prepare, verify and maintain documents, application forms and client records. Update case status, follow-up reports and data in office software. Maintain Excel sheets, digital records and document trackers. Track pending documents, courier dispatches and application submissions. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client information. Required SkillsGood written English and email communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and basic computer applications. Willingness to learn financial services and share-related procedures. Preferred Experience: Back-office operations, banking, financial services, documentation or office administration. Freshers with good computer and communication skills are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
